Decisions

Sometimes I just wish that decisions could be made for me. I seem to over-analyze, foreshadow, think and rethink, until I feel sick to my stomach. No matter how much thinking that I do, I still am faced with making a choice, which will inevitably change my course in some way or another.
I guess my fear is making "the wrong choice," but maybe it's not so black and white, but maybe it is?!?!
Just a little outward reflecting.
What are your thoughts on decisions?

I can relate! Sometimes I just wish God would just come right out and tell me. There are so many choices and options in this world - it gets overwhelming. However, praise God for the opportunities we have!

AS for the "wrong choice" - yes, you can make wrong choices, however it's not black and white. There are many choices you can make that are right and many that are wrong.

Remember when you had to choose a college? It's not as if one college would have been the "right" choice and another the "wrong" choice. Understand?

Anyways - I'll be praying for you:-).

Hmmm...something we all face...making decisions. When I think of black and white, absolute wrong or right, I usually ask myself if God has addressed this in the Bible. If God calls it wrong, it's wrong. Then, if it isn't addressed in the Bible, I would ask what the impact is on my family, how would it affect us all. Or, would it negatively or positively affect my spiritual walk with God.

God does give us freedom to choose most things...consider..would my choice cause another younger/weaker believer to stumble?

Psalm 37:4 says...Delight yourself in the Lord, he will give you the desires of your heart.

In the same decision boat sometimes...
love you...
