I would love to say that I am one of those people that humbly thinks nothing of their birthday and desires nothing for it. The reality is: I couldn't be further from that ideal. I try not to have such high expectations, I know that I'm spoiled rotten, but it's something that I just cannot help. Here is the birthday DL (down low):

I love the pictures! I'm glad you got to spend your day (or week) with special people! Love you.
Yeah 23 is great! It actually makes me feel old. But life is good. It was great to have the family over. We don't get to see each other as much as I would like, we try to get together once a month but I wish it was more. But i'm sure you experience the same thing even worse since you are farther away from your fam.
